Oh dont take it too serious. LadyGoo offered help in case your village within realm borders. Consequently, if any other village will attack you, with high probability youll ask for help.
This means political solution or military actions vs attacker. So if attacker within realm borders too, they may be purged. I said "may", not "will", because every conflict involving village raiding has long history and complex set of reasons.

I think its quite light-mindedly for LadyGoo to write so serious statements without detailed explanation.
