thats true ! thats why our alliance was mostly Goons + GH and AP was more of an AD ally but we didnt fight each other . also i think GH had some connections with NB and these noobs were getting roasted by Ainran so we went to help them a few times . except for that i dont remember anything else happening on w8 not counting end of the world ! conclusion world was too big

Well there was fighting like all morning and no one got any kills except the one from the 20+ nidbanes.

And that is...? Good? Bad?

We were basicially "fighting" for 8 hours, but that mostly consited of both groups running back and forth to open gates, maybe hoping for a slip-up and easy eviction kill.
So I would want to see one of the things:
1) Complete removal of vistor - gates are there for a reason. Sure, that would kinda defeat the idea of open markets, but maybe you could figure out something diffrent.
2) Removal of eviction KO. Thats just dumb.

Evicting for an instant KO basically means a free kill. It's just another method of completely circumventing the combat mechanics. Eviction needs to be reworked.

Apparently combat in this case was just people running back and forth from their gates trying to flag each other visitor

@Jorb, we did not really had the occasion to exchange more than 3-4 close combat moves. AD would constantly run inside of their gates and I barely know anyone who would be hit for more than 5 shp in a close combat.
So it looked like: take aiming 4 coins, then using think, running towards one of them with some offensive moves, by the time I'd approach they'd be already behind of gates. I do not think this case should be taken as an examplar of how the combat system works at the moment.

There were some skrimishes and I think the combat was fine in this case, if it wouldn't had been both sides running to their gates constantly. Despite them outnumbering us, we would still go outside and fight them, so it is a good sign. Also the Dis alt spam and the archers were cancer. If there would had been not gates, it would been alot different ;)

Thats true. We had the advantage of having 2 archers, but without the gates they would get rekt pretty fast I guess.
