I did think the name was familiar :|
W3 to W6 - Blockland. Special mentions: New Avalon, Tarn of Hotdog, Red October.
W7 - Elvenia, til we all got lazy.
W8 - Cult of R'lyeh, til the deeps called us back.
W9 - Tartarus, til death/wizards came for the land itself.
W10 - ???, ruined and forgotten.

Its a shame material quality means nidbane potential hits a ceiling well below the maximum stats of players. Even now in the early days of the world it's a lot easier to raise combat stats than craft a high quality nidbane and domen.

Considering how cheap nidbanes are to make, i'd say it's good that they can't match the stats of a character. 1 metal, 2 dreams, 1 mandrake root, 1 wax for the tiniest sliver of a chance to kill someone is already very strong.

My point is they absolutely can match a character, until the character's combat skills start to get into the hundreds where you can't prevent materials like stone softcapping the result. They don't scale into lategame.

Nidbanes scale with the scent you use. A murder scent with a unburied corpse will be 120% your stat and skill, at q10, i believe. So they will very much scale with your combat skills, even in the hundreds.
