I do not have a charterstone.. and it is pclaim.
Bug raiders seem to have bypassed visitor and killed my main and vand alt. I had my gates open, but picket fences on the interior that were closed, they have now locked the gates and taken the keys. I took every conceivable precaution here.. What am i supposed to do with this?
I am a hermit even..

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
This isnt the same, i didnt make a charterstone, or leave anything unsecure. I was as meticulous as possible..
How could i do anything different here? I know people who have been bug raided, but in the back of your mind, you always think.. it cant happen to me.. because i take every precaution, guess what ? No matter what you do, you arent safe whatsoever from being bug raided with impunity.

Really would like to know what the hell happened here. I'm going to give ainran the benefit of the doubt and guess they aren't the kind to sink this low, but it really does leave everything up in the air.

I dont think " get something back" is going to change anything.
My maxed out character, who i grinded on since day one nonstop is dead over a bug raid, which I had zero possibility of protecting myself against more than I already had, and my keys are gone and gates locked, all the crops and bushes i worked on since the start of the world, all the salt and curios gathered, gone.
Even if i restarted, whats to stop this from happening again? even if they make a troll base and kill me, whats their loss compared to mine even if they are nuked? I doubt loftar is going to restore the blood and sweat that i've lost over this bug.

Currently horses can be used to dismount past a gate without being given the visitor debuff. Once in they can do whatever they want. I thought the bug was common knowledge, but a lot of you seem rather confused. Why do you think LadyGoo does this for her community markets entrance http://i.imgur.com/SFBhAhf.jpg Although she is arguably still vulnerable as someone could bug their way in and then build a minehole to attempt to access the area on underneath.
