For visitors from the north, there is a road (named 'River Connection') that will allow you to carry your boat over land easily, reducing the length of your journey.

The curiosity. I could also craft the cape if there's demand for it, but I figured there'd be more demand for the curio.

I still haven't made a single sale...is it the inaccessible location, or distance that is hard to travel currently? Are my wares not interesting enough? Am I not buying things that people interested in the wares are willing to sell? Or is it the prices?

Wax is the only thing that I would be willing to buy, but probably would pass on on that too.

People might be interested in decent foods, ie. baked goods (a lot of people don't have enough crops yet to make their own), cheese. Also decent curio like stuffed bears, decent quality metal ones, fated ones. Also decent clay and wax, obviously.

Crappy easy to make curio and low quality metal - meh. Might get some hermits drop by for them I guess.
