You don't see it from the interface. I specifically changed to tin coins for that stand, only to be met with the message 'this stand cannot currently accept payment' or something like that.

This guy has killed a trader near the market a little bit more than a week ago. They have also been killing noobs in the area. So we have been manhunting them and had all their characters memorized. Embargo means that the protection of the market is no longer refers to you.
