Funny how you try to make W7s trading look shit. It wasn't. And you could easily buy top ql stuff without paying a cent. Real money trading wasn't even noticeable since almost no one bought accounts.

Well, if you ignore any valid points and try to pick up on the ones that suits your aim best... + being a part of the group that has been attempting to troll everything I do.

Again, I'll repeat it just for you. W7 has lasted longer than this world, people have accumulated enough cargo to sell. You may notice that the barters at Sevilla are easily selling w 220 carrots or q 115-120 flax seeds, not to mention the quality of the tools increasing. The thing is, I'm almost the only trader in hafen that trades stuff for common goods (that I don't even need) just to support the trade. Obviously it has never passed-by your mind.
I am not sure why are you lying, but it is well-known that many accounts have been sold for real money in legacy + troll sculls as well. Oh wait, I know why :lol:

Trading for tokens or trading through paypal has the exact same effect on the in-game economy, the only difference is that one method sends money to the player and one to the developers. That isn't "problem solved" that is just the lesser of two evils.

Put it that way. A faction has accumulated enough tokens to not to trade for them. What will they do now? There is nothing that may interest an established village. Any in-game stuff like food or edels are the currency people use to trade. The thing is, after certain point factions do not need that currency anymore. So they will stop buying them, since there is no need for them. Steel is not that valuable anymore because you need it only once for building. I keep buying it to let people buy high-quality items. But I am literally stuck with 600 bars of steel I have no use for right now. In Legacy, I would spend the steel for making the statues at least (omg, J&Lo, don't implement this back). Same with food and the curios - you would have a constant need for them and keep buying them as well. The Legacy trades were "better" because the worlds would be alive until the very day of the wipe, there would be enormous item sinks (keeping the interest in purchasing the same good over and over).

Troll skulls sold for real money? May be common on your Russian forums/community. Never heard of it. Trolls were literally common as fuck (with bots ofc).

Account trading was more common, still mostly fighters that quit were selling their characters. Not fundamental to trade and world economy at all.

Now it's way more significant. No matter if devs get some money out of it - trading is completely real money dependant now in comparison to legacy. I don't want to fight it, I just find it hilarious how you try to defend it so hard because you profit from it.

Your whole point is that you don't have use for curios anymore because of stat cap. It is true and I agree with that but my/Amanda's/Nomad's point still stands. Trading is shit right now.

majority of honest and thinking people would agree and thats not honest to rob people from their sub tokens

When I say "there is nothing a hermit may offer because the game lacks this and this" you turn it to "I'm not going to argue it, you just trying to defend it because you profit from it". :roll:
I have never said that you can get best of best by trading tokens.I have kept telling that there is nothing a hermit may offer, that could interest me that much. There are other ways of buying items without investing any money as well. This has also been ignored. I keep the biggest in-game market that accepts common goods and let people to gain access to higher tier stuff - "oh nooo, you defend tokens because you profit from it".
idk, probably it is best to accept that people try to fight the consequences, not the actual reason of the problem.

I have no idea what you're trying to say. I'm not trying to blame you and I don't say you're not right in what you say - YES, game lacks a lot of things, YES, nothing except for sub tokens can benefit you. Yes, it's the reason of sub tokens being dominant in the trade economy.

But I'm saying that both "solutions" - PayPal transactions and sub tokens are completely killing the trade system. You try to argue that sub tokens are good (or better than W7s trade system, which is not true), even say they're not real money trading. It's not true, they 100% are. What else is it? Aren't you defending them?

there should definitely be some form of material/resource sinks (kingdoms? :D ) in order to keep players interested in those kinds of goods (steel, linen, silk) in bulk.
