I'm a hermit. You can't expect me to produce things at such a large scale, especially if there's no guarantee they'll actually sell. For large-scale orders, you're better off contacting the Sevillian Black Emporium.

depending on how much you care for quality, i could sell you some. i hunt in my spare time and bring in craptons of animals. but no one in my village has decent cooking juuuust yet.

I'm not currently making wine/vinegar, and I'm using all my Grapes for Raisin Butter-Cakes. People are barely selling any Grapes to me either. So I'm afraid there won't be any vinegar for the foreseeable future.
