What is fee of pawnshop item?

It depends on what you are selling. Today I got the first batch of items.



Here is how I rate the sold items:
5 wine bottles with q20 wine = 2 iron crowns. Mostly because of the bottles
q130 axe = 2 tins
3x metal axes = 3 tin crowns
scythe+metal saw = 5 tin crowns
frying pan = 1 tin crowns
bow q 44 = 1 tin crown
bonesaw q 91 = 1 tin crown
19 muffins = 38 tin crowns
15 honey beets = 15 tin crowns
6 stake tuber = 12 tin crowns
2 honey buckets = 4 tin crowns

Rounding up it'll be 10 iron crowns.

I believe they're used as a currency in Sevillian Com.Market. You can bring stuff there, sell it for coins and then buy stuff other traders offer in exchange for those coins.

Other than that, everyone can make his own coins.
