People might actually see a purpose in grinding stats for something other than just killing players if this was actually implemented correctly

At the moment the 2nd strongest animal in the game (mammoth) can be safely killed with 50 ua/mc and a sword. So, if you're not going to fight against other players, why raise stats past that?

Trolls require much higher stats to kill when you reach lvl 3+ but at that point it just makes people hesitant to even fight them at all because of their bullshit rockthrowing mechanic that kills entire parties occasionally for no reason.

We would need to find a balance between death through pve and the loot acquired through pve in order to make it more fun for the average player (insta-deaths aren't fun and death without access to a kingdom is especially unfun)

Jordan, could you explain to a hermit how exactly can you kill a mammoth with that stats?

Last day of the previous world I went up against one just for the kicks with a 300+ char with very good gear and died after landing only a few blows.

Imagine if you couldn't be killed by animals, but
sent into a coma where you can be carried and
have to be healed a certain amount after X
guarenteed amount of time based on X stats.

Maybe a special stretcher type thing required to
carry you or some shit. who knows, that'd be cool
as fuck. Especially when you wake up with some
stats or exp loss temporarily or permanently

I didn't mind Salem's system where being KOd could remove some of your stats permanently

Less death or a less harsh death through PVE paired with permanent stat loss which would require you to grind 5-10 FEPs back or w/e wouldn't be too bad. A slap on the wrist but not something that puts you out of the game for a month.

I think it'd be cool to be in a coma for a
week or two tbh. It'd add an interesting
element to the game

Coma in game makes game interesting? Or coma in real live make game interesting?

That is going to be negate by alts.
