I see mostly peaceful hermits around and few small villages that never made any trouble. You claim does not sound to be honest.

I'm not going on that mountain for a long after my neighbors got assaulted :/ But it is very sad they spread to peaceful territories from "their" resources. Unless they are going after q20 rabbit fur ...
