What group of people settled at the RoB?

Since I am a bit to close to them I am considering to move but I am unsure of who these people are and how aggressive they are.

Might end up moving regardless but still if any of you have any info it would be appriciated.

Belliaum, seeing as i am the real Nikita Atikin, i can guarantee you that we're not very hostile, so as long as you dont settle directly at my walls we don't have an issue with you living close to us
There are perks ofc, to being this close to us (Fire and Ice) and i dont mean the obvious with me being super hot and all that We're also fair traders and good people overall. For instance we wont pretend to offer you protection and then use you like some other factions out there might do. Instead we'll be completely blunt and say that living on our lands wont grant you any extra safety but also no extra danger. Or atleast not from Fire and Ice.
