Village/Kingdom of the Ancients Base Destruction

As promised, here is the video and some extra pictures to go along with the raid that took place early this morning.

I was originally just looking for a village to mess with, and VoA was an obvious choice due to their open recruitment and recent forum postings (see the other VOA thread to see some of the craziness), but during my time in the village they erected a kingdom claim, allied with our enemies (Fire and Ice/Infected King) and challenged our cairns. What began as a quick theft/murder operation turned into a plot to salt their village.

A quick oath. The village was entirely claimed with village claim and there were no pclaims at all, meaning that a partied alt could give full access to anyone they felt like. It also meant that we could bypass their claim shield and get into the village within 1 catapult volley.

They made a solid attempt here... The top was claimed and gated so visitor worked, kinda ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


Except for the part where it's completely unclaimed directly below the minehole, which immediately removes the visitor debuff and allows attackers to fuck around however they would like


On top of this critical design flaw, their recently created kingdom was low on authority. I got 2 characters oathed to the kingdom and sealed the deal on its destruction.


Leaving a kingdom that you are oathed to removes 5000 authority from the claim's authority instantly, so leaving on both of my alts resulted in 0 auth, and allowed us to start bashing the claim after dropping a challenge of our own



So as you can see, base security matters
