Try going to hedgehugs but friend won't come because he doesn't want to do any trading
Get burnt out of Haven and go on vacation
Ask him if it's cool if I use cabinet curios while I'm off.

When I come back he broke down and did a bunch of trading and powerleveled
Still burnt out so I don't get on
Asks me to fuel his steel smelters
Tell him ok
Car broke down irl so I spend a day and a half working on it
Forget to fuel steel smelters in the ensuring chaos
Friend spergs out but I remind him I have irl commitments just as much as him
He asks me to fuel steel smelters again or else
Tell him no
Threatens murdering me like he did during W7 (I was Brodgar)
Proceeds to get angry when I don't

Break his hearth fire, change permissions, and change locks.
Tell him he can have his stuff and move elsewhere

Since he's my friend I give in and give him the keys and remove the claim
