Quest Giver Map

Postby AntiBlitz » Thu Nov 30, 2017 10:55 am

Im going to assume there is a ton of quest givers, but figured that maybe it'd be nice if we were able to pool some sort of list of the guys to make it easier to figure out where you might end up eventually. This spawned from yet another long travel for the nomad quest line. So, if you'd maybe like to help, just provide accurate coordinates of the quest giver, and ill alphabetize them with their coordinates so that its easy to digest. Is this crazy to assume people would actually help with this? or someone from the wiki could add it temporarily, idk.

Aschgana 52, -75
Gerdatian 51, -71
Leszuier 57, -71
Lolenda 47, 67
Marta 50, -57
Odinwif -48, -24
Tjesen 50, -64

I have more, but I didnt start taking down coordinates until a bit later on.

So you're through with the nomad credo and don't care when others suffer? Shame on you...

@ AntiBlitz, I get your thinking behind this, it would be nice if we could share quest giver locations but CO is right, this is haven, lol, there will be someone reading this who decides it would be a neat idea to destroy them all ... and it really wouldn't!

At least the griefer would need to clearcut a whole map (unless someone conveniently marked the questgiver with a runestone).

I've seen that and I usually smash them. People who have the quests know where the tree or earth spirit is. Nobody else needs to know.

Jorb seems to not be worried about people going through and willy-nilly destroying the spirits, so there must be some mechanic in place or a large enough number of them to correct for player actions. Sucks for people trying to complete quests, though.

Yeah I've seen it too and I do the same, I'm not having someone destroy the quest givers whilst I'm in the middle of doing them!
Recently I found a whole lot of connecting roads to various quest givers stemming from one central one, that was pretty handy I must admit, I got those quests completed pretty quickly and it was well done as they stopped slightly short of each quest giver and hadn't marked any with runestones. :)

cant you start a quest in that area to "mine" a specific quest giver?

and then destroy the questgiver
