Posting coords gives proof and scents to track otherwise it just seems like another noob who just died to some random person. If you have walls this shouldn't be a problem. If this was somewhere away from your base, it would not be a problem. Either way track person who is killing you (and probably getting griefed) > getting griefed by griefers.

Poor Nidbanes
First of all, never tell anyone you're releasing Nidbanes after them before they bring the skull!
Second, if you want to "share" your prey - post both location of the criminal (after you've tracked him) and location of the scent.

It's probably against rule to post someone location and say it's a criminal. Post scents location instead.
