im confused does it keep your hats saved to your account each world? i ended up with a witch hat from like 3 worlds ago lol

Hats are account bound and can be obtained from the HF.
Same with tokens, these can also be put into the HF of one character and pulled out on another characters HF of the same account - and carried over to a new world while stored that way.
