Time to go forge a shitton of iron while it's hot then. With a bit of luck and a lot of iron, sky is the limit.

Yes it seems that way, an infite spiral of iron. Something to actually sink time into, for miners even.

Just wondering, wil we see a rise in current steel qualities or will it stay mostly constant? I ask because of charcoal mattering.

So lets see if i understand correctly:
a Q80 smelter useing Q100 coal will still yield Q90 Cast...?

but then i need a Q90 forge to get Q90 blooms..?
----With Q100 coal NOT raising Quality?

and then Q90 anvil to keep it Q90 wrought..?
----with Q100 hammer NOT raising Quality?

and then Q90 crucibles to keep steel at Q90.
----with Q100 coal NOT raising quality?

So basicly don't bother useing coal of higher Q than your smelter ..?

When it goes up, how much does it go up by? Dependent on the tools?

Well, you can improve your crucibles and wrought, so you should see some rise in steel q. But it'll really show when you smith that steel, since you can get quite some q on the anvil and hammer.

To begin with, that would be a lot of luck. :)

Secondly, it's not really true, because if the finery forge or its fuel that you're using to re-fire those reverted cast bars or of lower quality, they will, eventually, start to cancel each other out.

Well, OK, there's a limit, but since you can rebuild forges with the new and improved metal you can still get quite a bit of points. 10% is pretty big when you're starting from a high point.

How much does the q drop or raise on those 40%/10%?
