There are nice things in this change but the incentive to grind lp for making the village alive is what i DON'T like.

I don't feel like i have to login when i don't want to and grind lp just to make my village function properly. We have 6 people in the village but not all login regularly.
My idea of authority drain would be rather - 125k drained in one month if you only have the idol.

fer christ's sake, take away this 25k auth cost for villagers leaving a village.

The numbers, to be precise, are that the idol itself drains 5000 authority each in-game day, a banner drains 250 and a statue drains 350. LP now converts to authority on a 1:1 ratio when your character has 10 intelligence and 10 charisma (again, learning bonus is not counted, however).

It may still be a bit harsh, though; I don't know yet (it doesn't look very harsh from some statistics that I've looked at, though). Please tell me your experiences.

The amount of authority cap additions from banners and statues means that the more of them you have, the longer your village will last from "fully charged" to 50000 authority while noone is active.



Then how is my village already less than half full sine last night? Did it start fully charged?. Ya know, trying to find ways to reduce the player population becuase you refuse to buy a VPS or some other way to reduce the lag is a bit lame. Try finding ways to make the game playable and fun enough to spawn decent donations would be a much better idea. Now , with the shitty lp earning from allt he reductions, you make a village require 15k in BASE lp just to maintain from the drain..basically encouraging day long macroing to keep a village from decaying (guess you really do just want sodom and your favorite groupies to have villages anymore..lol). So on days when only a member or two of a village log on (Ya know like people who fucking work for a living) they have to grind there ass off trying to get 15k BASE lp on the authority just to keep it from falling further. Again I'm amazed at devs of a game spending so much time trying to make a game less fun rather than the reverse. If you don't wanant more than 50 people playing then just make it a private invite only game or something, jeez. Or suspend registrations for when it reaches a certain number. Finding ways to fubar peoples hard work is just rediculous. The to suggest that you make more A-objects (which add to the drain) so your cap will be higher when "fully charged" and can last longer (but the darain is faster to it actually just balances out to the same shit)...wow.
