While it can use a lot of development...I really like the system so far. As far as not having anything to do, I think the game will eventually feature more objects to interact with, so I highly doubt this is an issue that will persist throughout. As for myself, we got a claim up on the first day, we spent a lot of time looking for terrain of high q, and we got plenty of LP from curiousities. I have no complaints, although we did lose one member of our group: perhaps there should be some method of early crafting that is more rewarded, but I don't think LP is the way to go.

Time for SCIENCE, ladies and gentlemen. The stream is here, and the thread is here. Let's see if it's possible.

I started when W5 came up and now we're 1.5 days in from the first post on this thread and I have yeomanry and 6.5k exp, which I could use to get the 10*10 for WWW. Spending LP on other skills should be aimed at the discovery process for LP until curiosities can be crafted and discovered at a regular basis, and with this thread, it is easy. Unfortunately or fortunately, all I've been finding to eat has resulted in INT so now I have 18, and I constantly have learnings;

why can't you?

WTF are you talking about, I have skills, point is that no matter which path you choose you will be cutting out the other path for a long time. YOu need a boat, well there goes all you initial "free lp" which consited of maybe 2k for all the "first touch" freebie lp. Then you do the pathetic cows and dandys. Make shitty q doll for a couple hundred for HOURS of waiting. See where I'm going. AFTER you do the intial path the game becaomes NOTHING but farmville/cityville,mafia wars....just a sit and wait FACEBOOK game. ANd that is sad. now of course maybe 2 months from now when you have studied 1000 low q dolls you may indeed be able to actually play in a reasonable manner with a WIDE ARRAY of skillsas opposed ot just one early path. God help you, as someone else wrote, if you happen to make the wrong choice of freebie skills from your touch lp. Considering the majestic game that was H&H (except of course for the top 50 botter/grinders who hated it and prefer this) we normal players do have reason to be disgusted. Perhaps if they played the way we did they would be too. Again, i DO have curios, I AM studying, i DO have skills but its BORING AS A DAMN FACEBOOK GAME which is the point some are making.

I got NO LP from raiding the 3 ant hills I raided yesterday...so what was up? I didnt raid anymore because frankly I am surrounded by food and have baskets of chicken, don't need any food so didnt raid anymore. So why didn't i get LP for raiding ant hills? Mining? How are you already mining and can confirm that their are curiosities? WHat chores?...you have to have skills to have chores and although you and your friends may have started out with a 100k lp "gift" we did NOT. WHy would i hunt up skins when leathermaking is so far away...to give it to the next raider? You act as thouh WE ALL should already have 20 explore, Yomen, leathermaking, mining ect,ect after only 24 hours. Are you sure you are not confusing OUR game with the game YOU and your friends are playing...as we all know that has ALWAYS been 2 seperate games. Please try to give aadvice for the REGULAR players and Their situation...not yours which is quite obviously entirely different!

How is it that a few of you moderators seems to be WAY deep into skills, seeds already, mining, farming and all this stuff within 24 hours of a game world in which most cant even get the lp for more than a few skills and Yeo in that time?

At some points your accusations that we get special gifts from the devs just get boring, but you probably know that yourself.

The key to solve all your problems is called teamwork. Not everybody has to have all the skills you mention. Divide them between the members of your group. Don't have a group? Well that might be tough then, I admit that. My personal opinion is though that this game is made to be played in communities and hermits should have a hard time.

Generally, mods are good at the game and have a good idea of what they should be doing. :lol:

Yeah, uhhuh..well you keep telling yourself that babydoll, if it makes you feel better. That is ONE answer and I'm sure it's seems pretty reasonable for the tourists..lol

I'm a hermit and I agree. We don't get to specialise, but we do get to be completely self sustaining.

And most (if not all) of the mods are in the inner circle of testers as well, so they've seen various schemes before. If they like this one it's a pretty good indication.
