The servers can't take more so I don't see how that is a problem...

I may admit that my message contained some pieces of trolling :3.
The flood of rage and numb dismissal replies is probably as annoying for people trying to build constructive evaluations as it is for you, though.

I think everything is fine, though I'm struggling now because I died and I forgot to leave a saw on my island, which means unless a rabbit shows up by my place, I won't be able to build a boat. :( It's sad because I finally got my claim up, too. :( I tried using an alt to swim across to the nearest landmass and just baaaaaaaaaarely didn't make it.

my own personal opinion on this:

i think that, in theory, it is a good idea, it stops grinders from eating up our forests, however the gain is sooo slow and imbalanced that after the first hour of gameplay your LP gain has pretty much halted, whereas someone who started nearby good resources and got lucky is going to fly right past you with ease.

I'm just sad that I fucked myself by forgetting to stockpile saws and/or rabbits.

And I had made friends in the area who could come help me out, but since your kin list dies with your character, I'm stuck yelling HEEEEEEEELP! hoping someone comes by to help me. I can't make boards to make a boat (even though I have saw mats), and I can't make a waterskin to help me swim across even though I have a rabbit hide. :(

So instead of waiting around like all the complainers were apparently doing, I spent my time eating int fep foods.

I played for 8 hours last night and at no point was I waiting around..

I think part of the reason is we had like 6 people, and there were a lot more influx of resources and therefore more things to do/craft/experiment with.
