I could care less about movement combat and all that shit, just gimme iron/steel arrows with a peirce percentage. 90% of "combat" in this damned game is 5 on 1 ganks anyway so it's all moot.

I think your suggestion is a good idea, but the "problem" is that when you are standing still, fighting traditionally, people with lower stats have basically zero chance of fighting back, while in movement combat they do.

Yeah. Ranged would be cool if it were useful.
And make the shooting speed less decreased when people move. It's easily counterable, just move around, which is stupid.

This. The only reason I like combat in this game is because I stand a chance against grindfesters who know nothing about movement combat.

This thread really did go to shit fast huh? can we PLEASE move swiftly from movement combat now? make a thread or something... jeez it's getting old when 2 people are making the same arguments over and over again much to the detriment of anyone unfortunate enough to try making sense of it...

There really should be a way for Archers to be viable. At this point in time, it's practically useless in combat, which sucks.

I agree with this, I think that rangers should be more powerful because its already really hard to aim rbows and those are the strongest type of bow there is.
