Well, yes; are you saying this is not inelegant and ugly? :)

I have considered this too, but adding fundamentally new movement modes is extremely messy as it interacts with so many other game mechanics like, not least, combat. I can just see a thousand ways before me to game such a system

How about disabling the ability to climb a cliff if the arrival square is ocupied?

Allow us to load battering rams into rafts! WATER RAMS!!!
Im actually kinda serious, I wanna be able to build right next to water too...

Edit: While we are having a go at construction and landscape: We need a godamn elevator system to bring cattle inside and outside mineholes. I built a godamn double gate on my undercity for my wagon and cant use it!

would have to make it so when you unloaded the ram it would have to be repaired, or reset. Or else those settlements built right next to water would be in for a shit.
Or, would have to build away from water.

I miss when the water used to splash
against the pavement... now it's so
sad... the roads go to the water, but
have to stop short of them...

After the water ram was aimed at the wall segment it has to be stabilized by adding wooden blocks as pillars, and that should take as long as the bone glue to dry.

PC - DSL - 1 IP

Notebook 2 - UMTS (3G) 2 - 1 IP
...

it's called pay2win ... ;)

Thanks for setting me straight, borka.

It would be nice to let people change account names, and the game server technically supports it fully, but synchronizing the forum with it is harder. I have at times considered writing a custom forum software for the site in order to be able to integrate it better. :)

Oh well. I guess I shall have to suffer it's capitalization incorrectness for eternity.

@ The climbing walls discussion

Only if we get proper security measures to counter it. Locks & traps...
