Maybe you cold install Spikes on the walls, preventing them from being climbable, fill a moat with killer fish, build a pit-fall trap, or just make walls unclimbable while the whole community wonders why they can climb steep cliffs, but not a 10 ft. wall

EDIT: No Idea if this has been asked before, but would you be able to swap graphics to make the game look like Haven, and not Hafen, or is this gonna be up to the community?

Facial recognition, retina scan. Something like that. ^^

Or a sort of speed capcha, for exemple :
Click to do an action, mini screen appear with 2 capcha with one number in each
tape the numeric key of the sum of the 2 to make the action to ocure.
Can be very fast and not disturbing gameplay to much.

Hopefully not for every action, though. I'd hate to actually end up good at math.
Edit: Also not happen at all while in combat. It would suck if I was running away from a bear and had to do math to get in a boat.

Here is a problem, you could be in a heated battle with some group, and the fate of your char rests on this single strike, NOPE! Gotta fill out this capcha! Ignore it to attack the enemy, took to long! You must be a bot, enjoy your closed browser :P

Or even a stupid kid who reads slow, capcha pops up, they are curious as to what it is, reading, moving cursor to click, took to long! Obviously that house you where building could wait until later...

Or even a Miss-click, guess you didn't need that char, bon appétit Mr Bear!

That's what I meant by the "not in combat" thing.

Strange, It is normally suppose to warn you before you make a post when someone else does it before you, huh, oh well.

Anyways, it would just be a major inconvenience, even to those who don't bot. Say, you logged on a key alt, about to open the gate, nope, you didn't notice the capcha because you were focused on the other window? Too bad, I guess you didn't have to escape that fight after all...

Also, I know you said "Not in Combat" but that is for the guy in combat, not the Key alt. Unless everyone wants to keep keys on their main, THAT wouldn't be disastrous...

I highly doubt you'll be able to climbing whilst carrying a chest or bags so you'd be stuck with just with what you could carry, there are other ways to put cons to it, maybe only certain kinds of walls can be climbed, maybe they can only be climbed when someone oathed to the village is on, hell, I dunno. I'm not the Dev, I'm just throwing some ideas out there.... What about burrowing into towns? I've done it hundreds of times but no one has advocated removing mining and there are no cons to it. Hell, for the matter what about bashing? Both are ways of getting into town when no one is there. Presumably climbing would be a skill on par with bashing or other mechanics that requires lots of say, Dex or something to successfully do even once much less 10 times in a row.

People don't complain about potentially tunneling into villages because you can actually prevent that

Oh, I get it now.

Perhaps instead of having everything susceptible to the code thingy, make it cutting down trees, foraging items, farming... Things that people wouldn't normally do while in danger, but are often botted.

Are you seriously asking whether we're going to make both a 2D and a 3D variant of the client and all graphics?
