Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

This is true, but movement combat allows noobs to not be completely defenseless. If w7 turns to be as old as w6, everyone with 300 ua should give up because people have 1000 ua, there is no way to fight them without ganking.

I don't see that as much of a problem. You can get defense back. Even while moving - oak stance.


If you are moving, your defensive weight is 0 and, from my experiments, you do not gain any benefits from the triggered effect of maneuverssuch as oaken stance of death or glory.

Then why not just remove UA and Melee stats completely?


Because the developer wants stat to have some sort of relevance.

Because then random alts could kill people with ease. Also, someone with more UA SHOULD have the advantage.

Because that's an important part of the game. Perhaps stabilizing them at a cap so that you have to learn combos and actually develop a strategy?
