quality is infinite. it seems logical to me atleast, that if 10 is standard quality, and there are no quality limits, then a quality of 25 is still pretty crap.
id imagine finding soil of quality 1000 is gonna be very very rare, and even though there are technically no limits to the amount of quality i suspect that we wont be finding 100,000 quality soil.

I would be surprised if there will be many resources >q100 because you'll need skill lvl 100 to actually create q100 items. I think they will be in a small range from 0 - 30 or 40 cause jorb? said the skill wont be the limiting border for high quality.
