Partially because thats about how long i spend logged out at any given time.

THIS^^^^

Cons: Not sure, maybe that would let people move too much?

Could lay the sarc sauce on any thicker bro? Seriously.

THIS:

I'm not sure what the travel limit is trying to accomplish.

What is this excessive limitation trying to accomplish?

Thieves hearthing out in bfe and not being able to be tracked down. This math is excessive. You can accomplish the same end with a much simpler reduction rate because one map is trackable. 4 tiers is not. Neither is four tiers portable.

You don't. Yet. We'll add chicken breeding eventually. :)

Chicken coop + cow stables could be quite easy to make, Perhaps make it so you put them in the stables and they work like a fusion of a crucible and silkworms. Gotta put seeds and food in there to fill up a bar. If the bar goes empty they die after 12 hours or so. Chickens produce eggs which later turn into more chickens if left in the coop. Cows produce manure (crop output and quality booster ftw) and adorable cows to slaughter for lovely CHR chorizos

Except for the problem where you can't exactly pick cows up.
Maybe you could lift&drop them into a pen or barn.

Cow eggs. Fill the barn with cow eggs.

that's a simple one.

Plant grass, wait for them to spawn.

Or, add tool: Cattle prod.

This'll all be better when we get boats. Or better yet, horse wagons with huge capacity and rafts capable of transporting those wagons across water.

Anyway, I think this limiting of teleportation is a step in the right direction. IMHO, the game was more interesting back when there was no teleportation whatsoever than when we could port as much as we want across the whole map. Back then there was reason to build roads and establish villages relatively close to each other, which made for a more interesting world. With limitless teleportation and a huge map, optimal strategy would be to live as a hermit hidden deep in Mordor, and just have an idol somewhere on the other end of the world to meet with friends for trade. IMHO, a world of nothing but hermits is a boring world.

With no new way of transporting lots of goods over a long distance it became to suck hard. Trading becamse almost impossible, as it takes many times to go from rob to your place if you have to trade more than 24 slots. And with the current regeneration rate i could trade once every week or so. Also if you have your hearth at another place, where good resources are, and you want to transport them to your village you either have to run or wait freaking long.
But youre right, if boats and horse wagons would come up, it will be much more interesting.
