Fishing is not only hard to predict it's downright booooring. Maybe split it into a passive way of fishing by building stationary multiple rods on the shore and stationary nets that you check occasionally but do have much better yields than the current one fish every 5 minutes system and an active go in a boat in the middle of the lake/river with nets and again get a lot more fish in a short amount of time this way you can maintain the pathetic feps they give.

I hope that you made leeches heal more health or do it faster because I have 20 of 109 healthpoints and getting to 109 would not be a pain in the hand.

I like the idea of reset, especially after two weeks since next week I will be gone from my pc for a week long trip, so I would come back home straight away to play in a new world ;)

you can train leeches by letting them unbloat in a container (8rl hours). they gain quality with every shp they suck out of you. every 10 q level they drain and heal faster. its capped by your onstitution.

How do you make a desert alive =D

i need to reply 8DDD!!

Look the sun. really hot. So hot that the warm distorce the images. There are lots of rocks, if we are talking of soil desert.
Roks where snakes, litle animals and few reptiles go fastly around for few second, that barely you can see them. They hide. They avoid the burning sun.

And the wind let some dust go around in little clouds near ground. And Silence.
Only Wind.
Little "crickle" of reptiles sometime.
And nothing more.
But you can see, here and there, little "world", all around a bush almost death but still alive, like all his life. A little bush sorrounded by rocks and traks of animals, but..you can't see those animals. Hiding, probably.

And after all this sun, you need to fear the night. For the evils creatures? Not really. For sandstorm? Not in a sil desert.
For the COLD.
And in the night, rumors everywhere. A life behind the ground and rocks, in night alive more than day.

....

I
AM
OFF
TOPIC
But i needed to reply. It was a challenge 8DDD

Yes, but they should still be made more able to do it with current combat system of 100ish hp.

I really like jorb's post. The map of Haven and Hearth really is quite interactive and interaction is what makes the game so interesting. I am all for the seasoning and weather system, even though I think that beginning a game in a harsh cold winter might be rough, so people beginning at different seasons should get different starting packages, maybe.

Also, I wouldn't mind beginner's clothing set made a bit more primitive and having something more primitive as food instead of bread as a beginner too.

The idea of forest of HnH made more alive is also very good. A simple way of forests made more alive would be a small chance of growing new trees in places where fir cones or eaten apples were dropped at, but some of those should be dropped randomly by the map itself in an area surrounding the tree. Further away from the tree, smaller the chance of seeds sent there. Making animals multiply instead of just spawning would also be nice.

I've been thinking about updating it and maintaining it on the forums instead, to give you a sense of the stuff in the game that I'm aware of, and intend to fix, and maybe make issue-reports more accurate and less repetitive.

You can use some online todolists like Toodoledo (for exampl: http://www.toodledo.com/views/public.ph ... 9fbf9c05a0 )

Sorry if I'm being demanding, but is there any chance of getting this new world before the mentioned two weeks? I really like this game and it seems pointless doing anything right now with the knowledge that my efforts will be for naught after two weeks.

Peace, Wylos.

At some point, all we do in life is for naught. ;)

No. We need some time to work on putting new stuff in.

Weird question, but are pumpkins going to be added in to the spawn along with the rest of the crops?

Seizure would like this, yes he would.
