It's just a bad move. It's basically a dash that reduces stamina instead of giving defense.
Of another era.

Also, if we're taking shots at movement combat, why not just remove call the thunder? I mean really, it's just a staring contest with it. If you left everything the same except nerfed moving hits and call the thunder you could still use movement while fighting, but it wouldn't be so retarded imo ;).

Also lower Dash's cooldown by a couple seconds, and make some of those useless moves (like FLAB, Feign Flight, etc.) un-useless.

Anyone against?

Is this combined with a removal of movement combat?

I've always felt the ability to easily build your IP safely from a distance like that is quite counter-intuitive to a COMBAT system.

Leave COT and remove moving damage make opp knocks a little better and then those 200 ua ppl will stand a chance against 300 ua people.

My biggest problem with the static combat system is that if you get hit, not only do you face the problem with having 0 defense but you also have a penalty in the form of combat advantage that makes it bit harder to come back from.

Seriously, it'd be best without it, you could still use movement to an extent without it by just choosing the times to go in for coins and to fight and stuff. But call the thunder is just retarded.
