You were right before the edit as well. Dynamic IP also makes that impossible. Unless you ban a range, which can cause issues as well. Doesn't really matter anyway. He'll get bored sooner or later. As for a proxy detector, so what? You know he's using a proxy, but you still can't do anything about it. Ok, 7 edits is enough for me. So when we getting the server back? I hate trolling forums out of bordom.
