No, but that link to the forum post I put up a page or two ago is definitely legit. It looks like Paradox is going to be bringing a few of their "loyal customers" to see how things are going. (No idea if there actually was/is any criteria on getting selected other than being first in line.) Again, if the game is getting to that stage, there will probably be more invites coming over the next couple of months. Whether the game is considered in beta or alpha at this point seems moot.

Yes, I am going to agree with you that the link is legit. How ever what is confusing is that this was directed to me? From what I understand it that the game is getting near the point of being considered for a beta. Again however, there is no beta yet, ergo there is no beta accounts. Which is what I stated.
