Well, I'll admit that thinking about it now, at least, I see a number of issues. For one thing, I see that it incentivizes villages to claim their land with both a vclaim and a pclaim just to get the notifications, which is certainly ugly. I can also see that there may be something, at least, to be said for stealth, though I'm less sure exactly what. I guess I'll have to think about it a little bit.

That's certainly the ambition, at least. Time will have to tell how well we actually succeed with it. :)
