I highly doubt it will change in this circumstance.

Consider it an earthquake, eh? =)

except i think the killers will be rushing to the disaster zones rather then the red cross in this case.

Loftar, if you see this could you give us a rough idea on your thoughts on where we are going from here? Rough eta on server ups, what if anything is going to happen (world wipe, rollback, ect), and so on. Heck even a "at this point not sure yet, but...". It'd be appreciated and at least might quell the speculation (mine included).

I found a bug right before the server crashed, don't think they are related but I found that If I make a Bark boat using plant fibers (have not tried it with anything else) and have 2 birch bark in my inventory it will use both to make one boat. So I was keeping them in a chest and taking them out one at a time to make them.

i noticed the same thing but then i figured that the 2nd bark was just any type includeing brich, meaning you could use 2 birch but you atleast needed 1.

Birch bark counts as any type of bark. Unfortunatly the crafting system uses the last 2 bark that were put in ur inventory to make boats. It's a well known bug, happens with hardened leather as well

well this is all very exciting - the nukes appear to have *just* missed my mines, if I'm doing the calculation right. Whats going to happen to the nuked areas, are they going to be just impassable barriers, or are they going to be regenerated somehow?

Impassable barriers, like the edges of the world according to loftar

OK - seems fine by me, but if this happens a few more times someone is going to have a nice 1000x1000 vault eventually :)
