Does any one know how long the server is usually down for after a crash?

as i told 3-6 Hours sometimes up to 8-9 hours

every morning - crash. i think the server need a cup of wipe :3

well every morning crash is at about 5-7 am now 9 am so its unusual crash

They're quite busy atm, so it's useless to tell them we want a wipe.

Wipe in my opinion is the worst thing to do, because it fixes the problem only temporary.

Find and fixx the bug(can be hard i know it) or use an older, stable version of the software part that causes the crash.
