You lose what you did after the rollback hour. If it rollbacks 2 days ago, you lose everything you did since that time.

oh darn *sad now and disappointed* oh and are there any reliable world maps around? If so, can someone post me a link please? My friend recently started playing and I have no idea where to find his place. Karokan, I believe he is near your place whereever that is on the map. And I have no idea hwere I am on there either so it is a challenge for sure. ^^
