Naturally, my own standards dear boy. I do not know much of, or really care about others. A few of those things were promised months ago, and the seed bags were rotting for months waiting to be fully implemented before this. Honestly, DO YOU think that is proper?

That random abuse was tacked on for the simple need to emphasize my opinion on the development decisions. It probably isn't the 'proper' way to do so, but oh well. It works quite well. Got a response from a person who makes the decisions(or helps make them at least), didnt I?

And please forgive me skipping a few pages of this thread. Its not like its 18 pages already... I am glad that you agree with that though, truly I am.

Ill also try to tone it down from now on, because I do realize you guys are doing your best. Cant win em all, and input from your playerbase is the only way to know if such decisions are even going in the right direction.

This latest change really irked me though... You pretty much completely removed the ability to get stats, ya know?

well, farming isn't that good for LP too. You have to make flour and bake things to make LP (that means, to be a cook as well).
You get LP by crafting, but getting the raw materials give small or no LP.That's true for either farmers and miners.
Edit: and you get many LP by hunting only because you can trap animals that you shouldn't actually be able to kill (aside from them running, i mean).

That's kind of how the real world works, people and countries involved in resource extraction are usually at the bottom of the food chain (oil and precious metals/stones are sometimes an exception). People in the secondary economy are higher up. The big difference is hunting, which in rl would not be terribly profitable, but the game convention is killing=exp. People in the tertiary economy don't gain lp for it (no ingame mechanism), but they do get power.

Please, bring back "eating things online". This game was based on getting high quality food, and now this all was ruined. I can't even build fucking stone manshion, because nobody needs bakings, so nobody needs wheat, and nobody gathers straw. Nobody needs my metal plow, because there is no big farms. Everybody can now produce 10x more goods, which needed 10x less. Soon all goods will be too easy to get. This game lost it's sence. What will be the next step? PvP?
Also, that wasn't "eating things online". Chasing stats is usual for every game, all depends from players. And in this game stats rising from food eaten. But it was not necessary. And now, balance was ruined, and for these players game turns into "Drinking water online".

And run into another couple of them. Yeah riiiiite.
You get lucky if they won`t stun you in one go.
I`m used to bears, they are not nearly as numerous, and easily visible, also I do not remember bears aggroing when I can`t even see them on screen.
Sadly, these changes killed most of the appeal of the game for me..

i did it all the time in the second world, back when everything was hostile even FOXES.

granted it was sort of frantic, clicking ahead looking around and keep the invent open so i could rightclick my waterskin between moveclicking

I must have been in error to conclude the game should make progress, not the other way around.

Sarge wrote:- By how much was the hunger reduction rate increased, as the 10x reduction was overcooked (x5 now?)?
- Has overstuffing recovery rate been increased or did the previous point auto resolve that?
- Has 'drinking water' hunger drain been fixed? - we've been mining with a barrel of water. Tea's still better, but atm not essential
- Increasing FEP gain seems to have affected fish only, wich already gave multiple FEP, what about the rest (q10 rabbit, chickens, cheep etc. still 1 FEP), or did I missunderstand this 'fix'

This please? OP has not been updated/edited as far as I can tell.

We are now running with 5x original.

so to sum up the only reason you cannot outrun boars is because you suck

Noway, surely it`s just your pure hardcore awesomeness that allows you to run around all day with boars on your tail.
Frankly, I`d rather revert to other, more engaging things I was immersed into before the update. Not nearly as hardcore and awesome, kktnx.
