It disappears by itself after a little while, but as long as you keep not wearing shoes, you'll probably attract new ones rather constantly.

I object to people calling it "boar coke" as it would be an opiate rather than cocaine as it is made from poppies while cocaine is made from the coca plant.

Yeah. That will change though. It'll probably be based on tobacco further down the road. We just needed something besides the tusk, and poppies had no use. It boosts your strength by its quality rating for about 15 seconds -- added after personal belief modifiers -- which is, of course, extremely inappropriate for an opiate.

So you can call your Funtime powder or whatever, I'll just keep calling it boar coke, or maybe boar crack.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

Can't say I mind that name. :)

The lion would probably bite off the whole foot. But I guess that still would get rid of the thorn, so all is well.

I heard that logging out and logging back in removes status effects, and putting shoes on after getting a thorn removes it.

The thorn's effect is to simply damage you, I don't think it does anything else. Then again, I never actually took my shoes off.

Can we put our Boar Tusk Snuff in a Kuksa and put the Kuksa over a fire to get an enhanced effect?

I can see this becoming widely used for smithing and hunting.
