Being able to natively play in full-screen, zoom in and out, and have atmospheric sound effects and lighting will really improve the experience.

Good point that I hadn't even thought of! current Haven has almost no sounds associated with anything in the game worlds, no ambient sounds etc etc etc. I've found that a good sonicscape can make or break a game and can make even the most dull content interesting and atmospheric. Are you guys focusing on that in any way?

I agree with Painhertz' alternate account,
sounds can be pretty immersive

I don't know, I actually kinda liked listening to music of my choice while playing. That same music now evokes nostalgic feelings about playing whenever I listen to it :) It's a nice feeling.

When it's only sound effects and ambient sound, you can still listen to your music in the background. Hell, even if music were to be added to Haven (beyond just a simple tune whenever you enter your house or a cave), there's a volume slider you can use to turn it off so you can listen to your own music instead.

I've also connected some music with Haven in my mind (mainly Timber Timbre's music; I first listened to one of their albums while playing H&H and I've had it playing in the background often enough), but I'd still prefer actual background music. No matter how good your playlist is, it won't ever adapt to the situation in the game.

I would typically listen to hardcore metal,
underground rap, anything female vocals...
orrrr something for Max Immersion

Has anyone noticed the minimap in the trailer? We're gonna be able to see the curiosities and other stuff like anthills on the map without the need of a client :D

Also, what is that line at the right side of the map? A road?
