got any official word on this crash? as to how bad it is and when it will be resolved?

Do we ever get any "word" on what the status of a crash is other than through the home page? The lack of anyone posting anything is usually a good sign. It's when you see a post by someone in the announcements other than in this thread you have to worry.

Maybe Loftar didn't have much to do on Salem today and took some time to finish off some code he was working on over the weekend to improve the Haven server performance.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

well i hope so :D it would be nice for them to just say, it's just a minor crash, no real problem.

im pretty dam addicted to the game currently and would like atleast an estimate on when it will be back up so i can somehow find a way to waste my time but oh well >.>
