Haven is too small to become p2p. If we had a few dozen legions more haveners it would be stable enough to go p2p without dying and becoming deserted. Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

A Tale in the Deseert keeps on running with about 800 subscribers, so small can work if the dev wants to make it work. (I won't say much about the level of content creation, though.)
