I'm not saying Hafen is going to suck, I'm looking forward to it too, but really, don't get too hyped. As hyped as you guys seem to be you'll be disappointed even if they release the best game ever made.

Ban him. Hafen will live up to all the hype heathen.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

Asking for someone to get banned is bannable afaik.
Hope you have a great day

This looks so nice, I'm so glad jorb and loftar came back to Haven from Salem, having played both games I have to say I prefer Haven a lot more and I absolutely love this new art style compared to Salem's art style, which I was never a fan of.

I think the cartoony style with the bright colors and the black borders around every item works very well, imo this kind of style is the kind which still looks nice 10 years from now instead of a lot of other indie games which try to do top-end graphics and end up failing miserably. The animations are also very impressive, was seriously not expecting this kind of progress because I'm used to playing games like Wurm where the developer is a shit and does mediocre updates once every few years lol. Wurm is the reason I'm here though, there will be a bunch of Wurm people playing in august, that should be fun :)

Random questions:
Will there be horse PvP? or horse breeding for better horses like in Wurm?
Will there be map release on first day?
How laggy will the server be? Sometimes in past it is unplayable.
Will there be payments like in Salem?
Will there be a proper client or do we have to wait for Ender to come along and do everything again?

Anyway I'm looking forward to it, keep up the good work.

From what i get there'll be a more proper default client

Ender is already waiting in Start position - i assume romovs, Xcom and others too
Whether the client source is getting published earlier is up to loftar and jorb ...

World maps had to be hosted and maintained by players (Sabininati and alg for W7 one right at start) - and as you can see at currents world map state it's not an easy task

.. to maintain for one person.

If the next world map would allow for some map-admin-type function/login. Things might look better for that map. Easier said than done of course, but never the less the way to go in my view.
