20AT: 25 Numen Points (plus or minus depending on tradition/change slider, this CAN work in reverse 20NP = 5AT)
50AT: 1 Seedbag with 9 random Seeds in it. (Q = sqrt(2x farming of old character * 10))
55AT: 1 Timber House at the location of your choice (no cellar)
85AT: 1 Stone Mansion at the location of your choice (no cellar)
90AT: Full Metal Tool Set (pick, shovel, metal saw, etc.) Q = cuberoot(smithing of old character * str of old character * 10)
