Well apparently the nuked areas look exactly as they once did, only you can't access them because of an invisible wall much like the edges of the world map.

No bottomless black pit or barren treeless wasteland. Lame.

...but good, because I found my storehouse and all of my q0 wood is intact. :)

If Pando was nuked then at least you could still see the city from the edge :P

Wipe and restart, its not a problem, because the russian bot-armys will rebuild all very fast, so the common IMBA situation is restored.
