it's obvious enough for you people to get it with
a little effort

Review
half of int is the weight studying

LP is around 1% of the total LP multiplied by a
different factor

Quality is determined by something seperate
from weight and LP gained from studying

Quality 15 skulls become developed

Study time may vary

(stop me if i'm wrong JLo, i know what effects
the quality of the skull though, and that is a
very interesting choice on your part)

A character's life time? Q of stuff the character was consuming? My 2 guesses with absolutely no research or testing :D

What if it was related to the number of hearthlings that character has killed. That way there is minimum reward for wiping out newbies and peaceful players?

that was my guess :p maybe later in the world i might have the energy to test it using the cloning vats, it seems too mean to test it on wild hearthlings :(
