The fact that it's been shut down for so long scares me... they usually restart it right away. :/

Hi guys, I'm new and this is the first time the server crashes so I was wondering should I stay and wait for it to work soon or does it take longer and I should do something else and come back tomorrow? How long does it usually stay offline?

at this time? better to wait for tomorrow IMO. devs are in sweden, so coming on midnight for them
