It still takes some time like 10 sec.

there was write "fix party problems" or something like this.

If there will be a new world, i can't imagine how much big is this Party problem..XDD

"Restarting server in 5 minutes to fix party problem."

The server will be up when it's up. You don't have to update anything. Refresh the home page until then.
