Also judging by that screenshot it doesnt seem players and items position arent tile based, only terraforming.

Yes! Cute, isn't it? Truth be told, though, the perspective has felt very natural and intuitive thus far at least for me. You can rotate the camera, after all.

That was one of the things I liked best about pre x-ray Haven.
