Why is it that about a month into any world people start chanting for a new one = do they really think anything will be any different if there is nothing new added?

Fingers crossed the move goes well and it reduces a little of the Lag we have been getting.

I just want the lag resolved, that would help a lot. I suggest maybe increasing decay on items outside of claims a bit, and lower decay of items on claim a bit so that way you don't have such a huge amount of resources just stuck there for long times. The best thing would make signs have decay. Nothing like counting 1000+ signs in one grid because no one ever destroys them so they just sit there making the game run slower and slower.

I think this is why a lot of people call for a world so fast because the longer the world is around the more random stuff that piles up to bogg it down. The game has been running slower and slower. When I first started playing there may be a server restart because of lag once a month or sometimes not at all. Now it seems the server can not go more then 2 days before the lag forces a restart.

I dont think that makes the game lag, but it would be good because its annoying.

Post signs would be good idea.
I don't like too much runestones. Post would be better than runes.

Idk if I like this idea or not, I personally like laying down sign posts for where things WILL go in the village's design. It helps keep things neat organized and if you have a large village that hasn't been fully claimed yet the decay would ruin that for me.
