Now would be a good time to wipe the world since the server is down anyway.

meh... I'd prefer them to take the time they need rather than rushing features.

I think the size was fine, even as big as it was people had a hard time getting a mine and with world 4 the player base will probably double.. until they get killed off by the macroers, then haven and hearth will be back to normalcy with macroers ruling the world.

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

That's a "feature" of the game, as i see it. There are quite a sum of people that do enjoy freelancing, running in the wild, having a small camp, far far away from any form of "civilization". Making a small map, will just wipe all of these people's desires, forcing them to actually join a village in order to survive, since everything would have already been claimed by villages and people that work together.
Being a real lone rider should be an option.

It seems that the server is "shutting down." Is this the beginning of the reset? :)

If so, how long does it usually take?
