How many skull stages are there? There's just undeveloped and developed right? There's only those 2 (so far).

There's been some discussion of a Marco Polo Skull? Unless it was a character named marco Polo, hell , I dunno.

It could, in fact be getting all of the skills, I haven't done testing with that yet. Maybe that will be my next experiment.
The int test will be a pain though. On the bright side, the civ bonus does seem to apply in addition to base int. (Though things like a necro cloak don't.)
If anyone wants to contribute to making a 50+ int character, let me know.
Otherwise, I'll just do the skills.
By the way, if it is skills, it would have to be all skills, since I've known people with everything but black skills with underdeveloped skulls.

i've noticed with all my underdeveloped skulls that
i've acquired... they seem to have around low 20's
max weight. That and an input from someone lil
earlier saying it was int (Not sure if they were
being sarcastic or what).

Seems to be a possibility, but i'd say 52 int to be
safe =x

Confirmed: Skull is not based on skills.
Had a character with 42 int (base, before civ bonus) die and left a developed skull.
So it is really looking to be that 50 (52) mark.

Edit: Character did not have all skills.
